The apartment I had was clean & comfortable.. occasionally there would be car break-ins… the one & only issue I had is that after my lease ended. The rental office sent me a utility bill for the last 5 months although the utility is included in the rent payment. Also beware that they do not refund your deposit back… they will send a letter from the Donaldson group stating that you have to sign a letter & send it back to their Corporate office in Rockville MD & then they will send a check to you.. if you do not respond in 60 days they can keep your deposit.. The rental office sent my letter to a place I no longer lived & it was forwarded to me by the current owner.. Please beware before moving in…

We have lived here for two decades. I was also here when I was first starting out at 18. I returned to this property knowing that it was just a great place to live. Over the years, the staff was attentive and immensely helpful. Debbie is an amazing manager. She’s a hard worker too (she won’t let you down). Thank you Debbie, Jeff (he’s been here for as long as we’ve lived here so he knows his stuff), Kevin, George and the rest of the team for arranging my leases, tending to the property, tending to my maintenance needs and always giving me a smile and hello. We intend to stay for years to come! I feel extremely lucky that I found this place so long ago and a place I can call home without moving from place to place.

I lived here about 2 years ago and recently had a package misdelivered back to my old apartment. Spoke with Maria and she knew all about this situation. I ended up getting my package back and luckily it was actually easy thanks to Maria. Very professional and I would say she's the most helpful person I've ever talked to.

I work in DC and was looking for an apartment close to a metro and stumbled across Cityside. I absolutely adore the girls in the office. From my initial inquiry to move in, the girls have been extremely helpful, informative, and gone out of their way to make sure I am comfortable with my apartment. Special shout out to Jauhara! It’s so rare to come across management that cares and loves what they do. She was so sweet and attentive! Great location, great apartment and I’m loving the rooftop gym and lounge. Recommend to anyone looking to be close to the metro in a clean and quiet area!!
