This is where we will be living and we love this clean, well maintained and quiet Senior park. Woodland is a small town with easy access to I-5 and Vancouver is only 20 minutes away. I think we are going to like living here.

Steve. Don't know last name It's only $12.00 a year if you join It's the land rent you pay to deerpoint. Rent is $1000.00 a month plus utilities. Beautiful park. Safe and gated and everyone keeps yards up.
