I just wanted to take the time to thank the staff! The move in process was a breeze. Unfortunately when I moved in the AC wasn’t working properly. So, Matt from the service team spent almost two days fixing/replacing the unit, making sure I was able to live comfortably in my apartment. I appreciate the care they provide for their residents!

Terrible apartment complex. They are currently doing construction on the siding on my building and the workers are literally putting holes into our apartment from the outside! They also effected the electrical wiring in the closet as well. They start at 8am and end ~4-5pm weekdays. They put a black tarp over our window and left for the day and that is the only window in the unit (besides the back door). I have talked to the office, and they simply tell me "They are doing their job" and "they do not know when they'll finish." It been over a week with no sign of stopping. It's like they have no concern for their tenets or care who they hire. There are also roaches here and terrible problem with trash disposal which has not been fixed in the two years I have lived here. The only pro are the nice maintenance men that drive around the complex. I cannot wait to leave at the end of the year.

The move in process was extremely frustrating. We moved in on a Friday and the patio storage key was not available until Monday. The original garage door opener provided to us did not work so we had to wait until the following day to get the correct one. The apartment smelled like heavy cigarette smoke when we moved in. We were told that they could get rid of the smoke but we would have to be out of the apartment for over 24 hours.

Every community handles resident communication independently, but a good place to start is the MAA site and the Resident Login portal. Not only can residents pay rent online, they can submit and track service requests, check out online deals, and stay connected to news and events in their community.

Once you’ve chosen a community, click on the “Tour Your Way” button to request a tour. You can set up a time to talk with an agent or ask for additional information to be emailed or sent via text message.
When you’re ready to apply, click on the Apply Now button to begin the application process. Follow the instructions to fill out the application and hit submit when you’re ready. You can also return to your application by clicking on the Resident Login button if you don’t complete your application on your first attempt.
