I got my first Lamiglas rod almost 20 years ago, and I am still fishing it today. I recently expanded my collection of Lamiglas rods by a few. I messed up on the river and snapped a very nice, brand new rod. Lamiglas put it under warranty and shipped out a brand new one with no hassle the same day. I was back on the river within 24 hours of breaking my rod.. that is impressive service. My whole family fishes with Lamiglas and I don’t see that ever changing. Bonus that it’s a NW company as I’m from Oregon. I’ve seen some bad reviews of them.. I don’t get it. I do buy their Infinity and SI lines that are all hand finished in Washington.. they do offer an imported entry level line, and I’m guessing that is what people are having issues with. Everything I get from them is gold. Get one and fish it🤟

Broke my Infinity spinning rod last July/August time frame. Been trying to purchase a new top half since it broke. Still waiting... most voicemails go unanswered, when I do get ahold of someone I get the "two more weeks", "waiting on parts", "COVID"...and so on.Don't loose your receipt and don't expect good customer service. Hard to buy anything else from Lamiglas when it takes this long to get it fixed.

Took time but very happy with the service I received. Thank you. In the last 3 years I have seen 12 rods broken on the rivers I fish. 1 in a car door. Not manufactures fault. 7 broken after hooking a tree on far bank and trying to horse it out. Not manufacturers fault. 1 broken on first cast (G Loomis) absolutely warranty. 3 broken while dragging a salmon onto the bank. Short sticking. As soon as you take your hands off the grips and slide a hand up the rod you change the natural geometry of the rod arc. Not a warranty. Be respectful and patient, they really are trying to help everyone and get caught up. Remember, if YOU break your rod you may just have to buy a new one.

I will not buy Lamiglas again. Have used their rods for past 20 years. Had one break and the warranty customer service was terrible. The two piece rod broke at the connection fighting a salmon. Lost the fish and a $200 rod that they would not replace. They tried to give me a discount on a new rod but also had to pay shipping. Said that’s the best they can do. They used to have a great warranty and repair no questions asked. I don’t expect that anymore but something better than a small discount on a new rod. I also see Fisherman’s Marine no longer Carrie’s them probably for the same reason.

They didnt have the one that I wanted after a whole 3 month waiting. They told me that I had to pay another $125 on top to get a different spec plus $25 for shipping.
They do repair or replace rods
