Nice rods but the customer service is impossible to reach. I called several times and each times I was on call for more than 30 mins and nobody answered. I’m beginning to doubt that if anyone’s there to answer phone call at all! I still need to call in for Xpedite my rod and I’m not happy with this.

2 of my saltwater poles were destroyed during a move. No fault of Gloomis. Called Gloomis to see if there was an option to fix. Very friendly rep (wish I remembered his name) answered and helped me out. He sent me 2 new poles with a return label for the ones that were broken. Super easy! I did have to pay $75 for each pole, but much better than having to buy new ones. Thank you Gloomis and the rep that helped me. Been a Gloomis for over 10 years and will continue to be a loyal customer!
