Despite being down a worker, they were able to fit us in quickly, extract the metal, and verify that there were no leaks. This allowed us to continue our road trip with total peace of mind. This was the second time I took my vehicle in for service. I won't be taking it back there again. My number 1 complaint is lack of communication! My appointment was at 8am, by 10:30am I called them and my car hadn't even been looked at. By 11:30 they called me to verify what I wanted done, and gave me a quote. I excepted the quote and they assured me that my car would be ready by 5pm. They didn't call me so at 4:30 I went to the shop, guess what? They then told me they wouldn't have it ready till the next day. This put me and my wife in a predicament. Needless to say I wasn't happy, not only because my car wasn't ready, but the fact that they didn't at least call me. The first time i took it in they didn't call me when it was done, I went to the shop, only then did they tell me it was done, they did apologize for not calling me sooner. I went there because of all the rave reviews I read. I guess you just can't trust anything anymore!!!!

This is the most incredible auto mechanic shop I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Was on a road trip and lost compression in one of the cylinders on my truck by there shop they diagnosed the problem and gave multiple solutions. First one didn't work as they said it might not but was the cheapest route. Decided to replace the motor. They had excellent communication skills the whole time and were very upfront with cost and charges. I live 8 hrs away and would happily drive to take my vehicles back to them to have work done as it is hard to find a shop like them. Definite 5 stars
