Is there any vacant lots to move rv on? Does it have water and electricity? Is it included in the monthly or separate?

There is no vacant lots as of now but check back because they come and go. Electricity and water are included in rent. 320.00 a month

Does your park have electric and sewer hook ups? WiFi?

What internet service is available here? And how good is it? Spectrum, AT&T? We are moving into an rv in July. She likes Ennis, so I'm looking for an RV spot around here.

Sorry unsure, I just use an antenna. I would call and reserve a spot , I dont know how that works but when someone leaves they already have the spot rented. And to add there are renters here that have internet/dish I just don't know which is the best

The phone number listed on your page rings and rings with no answering service. Is there any availability now or in December and how do you reserve the spot, if so?

It use to go to an answering machine, the owners wife used to take care of messages but passed away. Theres 1 spot open but I dont know if its reserved or not. All I can say is the manager lives right behind the office and you could come here and talk to him. New ph. no. 214-808-0310
