They didn’t accept internet order. I loose 12 dollars for this. Their EBT device is not also working. Poor service. But they allow us to eat inside.

My recent experience with Domino's Pizza was not too good. I'd placed an order for two pizzas about 40 minutes before I got off work. When I got there, I announced that I was here and was told to turn on my hazard lights on. After waiting for another 20 minutes I went inside to see what the holdup was, They said there were really busy and would start making my pizza shortly. I told them to cancel the order and went elsewhere. So much for the commercials that claim your pizza will be delivered to curbside within two after it's ready.

When ordering on the phone you talk to a foreigner who can't understand your name or address. Transfer to the store wait 20 minutes because there's only two people working in store. Domino's delivers? No they don't!! Store is understaffed. Management doesn't seem to care this has been going on for months. I would suggest not using Domino's Ennis. I would also suggest just closing the store down, or find new ownership that was interested in making this a reputable business again.

Placed an order online and paid and no one was working. Store was close? Called the store too. I want what I paid for! I'm pretty annoyed and will be calling corporate to be handling knowing when a store is closed and can't take orders. Called the next day they said they now close at 10. Stop by later on the week, when I pull into the parking lot after 11 the young lady inside shuts off the lights when she sees my car and doesn't answer the phone??? This store needs to communicate with corporate better if they have reduced hours so people don't place an order that won't be fulfilled.
