The staff are so friendly. Easy to talk to and helpful. The room was clean, a basic hotel room, nothing special but it had basics and was very clean. The pool was great! Not too cold and had tables with shade. The breakfast was good and well stocked even though we didn't go down until 30 minutes before it was over. I will absolutely stay again. They are the best staffed hotel I've stayed at. I will return for the pool, the location and the workers! Rooms were fine too.

Stayed here overnight. Rooms were clean, with coffee pot, refrigerator and microwave. Staff were friendly and room was very clean. Pool was nice and clean. Would recommend booking through an online source like triavago or booking.com (a bit of a cheaper rate) would stay here again

I have a new favorite budget hotel in this area. The rooms are spacious and quiet with super comfortable beds. It's easy access to all the places that I needed to go to in Waxahachie and Red Oak without the expense of hotels in that area. There are plenty of dining options available in the area from fast food to family owned restaurants. My favorite meal though was eating pizza and watching a movie while sitting in the recliner in the room. After a long day on my feet, it was perfect.
