Wonderful local park. Often visit it with the dog on/for long walks. Plenty to see and do, weather Solo or with head on a leash or kids or teens or other adults.

There was no admission and entry fee for adults or children. They have several animals including horses, cows, sheep, goats, chicken and some bunnies. Kids can pet or feed most animals but not all. They have several other onsite attractions including hayride, carousel, buggies and sometimes even a carnival. You only have to pay for hayride and items in the market (carnival rides too) It's only $3 per person for hayride. Absolutely recommend this place to anyone with kids.

Spirit Equestrian provides adapted equestrian riding lessons and beginner lessons for children through the Fairfax County Park Authority and their website Parktakes Online. Space is extremely limited, you will need to register for a class series on the first available registration day.

Is there an entry fee?

No fee for walking around, but a $4 fee for the carousel (not worth it as it lasts for about two minutes) and a $6.50 fee for a tractor pulled wagon ride ( 1/2 hr., worth it for kids).
