The incompetent and misleading staff never trust them they rip you off and go for unnecessary tests in their office without prior acknowledgment and then, later on, will send you a bill. We moved from another state and had insurance visited first time as a wellness visit which always comes free but they sent us a bill of $111+$25 while we had vision insurance and informed them up front that we have vision insurance as well but after sending the bill when we disputed that bill they said we don’t accept that insurance and the first visit was supposed to be as wellness visit but they went for vision test without telling us that it will be billed. And the billing staff is awful you keep on repeating the same story again and again but they won’t take notes and won’t try to resolve the issue but will threaten you that if you don’t pay then we will be sending it to the collecting agency. They won’t accept their fault but will keep on blaming you. My insurance told me we spoke with office it’s been resolved but it seems like billing department is not interested to resolve customers problems. They are very rude even the recipients refused to give kids stickers of their choice. You keep on calling them for appointments hardly they will answer your phone. Worst experience I ever had. I wish I could give them -ve stars. They main focus is making money..

They never pick up the phone I can’t imagine why they cannot afford to hire more receptionists- they have only one for the entire office. Good luck ever trying to make an appointment with them- it’s very ridiculous how terrible they are with answering the phone or their “call back “ feature which doesn’t even work. Will be looking for other peds asap.
