I must of looked at wrong ad. Had Ennis, TX. But must of showed different location. Mgr. Saw look on my face when having to get in long line, opened one up and called me over. He helped bag items. Team was very nice and showed much concern. Love my HEB!!❤️

It is a good place, recently I bought chicken from H-E-B and the package was sticky, for some reason it smelled so bad (the package) I’m not sure if this was because of the place of packaging or something else, so I had to put it in the trash, that is the only time I has a bad experience at H-E-B. The food they prepare is really good with a big variety of food and is really tasty. The customer service it’s excellent. The place it’s clean, except of the toilets, I saw many bugs in the floor one time, in general I would go again, the fruits and vegetables are always good quality, they have many options of meat even rare fruits. They have good prices every day, with coupons everywhere, but I think that should change. Eliminate the coupons and be automatically in the system. And not use too much plastic in the fruit packages.
