Great experience I spent 18k on a new furnace, heat pump, electric filter, UV filter, duct cleaning and duct sealing. The new system was installed in 1-12 hour day and the tech ensured the system was 100% before leaving that day including upgrading the plenum from a 6” to 12” cross duct. That alone solved my problem in my kids room never getting enough air to warm or cool. I was going to have new duct put in for a quote of 10k but the cleaning and sealing cost over 2k and it works well. I’m very happy with Black hills service.

If you're in Elma, they have technicians that travel westbound to Olympia, so often it seems a technician can get to you same day or next morning on their way! Awesome service.

Our water heater flooded our garage & we needed a replacement, so called Black Hills, which came recommended to us. They were very responsive. Greg was great, very professional & friendly, and you could tell he had lots of experience and knew his stuff. He laid out different options for us & let us make our decision with no pressure. After installing the new water heater, he explained & showed us how it worked & how to control it. Excellent product & service. Highly recommended.

They also have guardian which is a big improvement from the original furnace that came with my house, gas bill has dropped even with a fairly constant 71 degree house temp setting
The cost of a system is dependent upon size of home, such ducts, electrical, etc. That said the sales representative was wonderful. He took in to account my needs and size of house. He presented me with several options and helped me understand each option available, that would work in my home. There was no pressure and they put in when I was ready. The job was difficult, and became much more labor intensive than what was expected. No additional cost and I'm saving a significant amount of money. If a new system is necessary, this who I would go to again. Love the maintenance program. They schedule & provide all filters.
