The eye doctor is very friendly; however, they billed me twice as much as their quote for contact lenses fitting. When I call them, they keep transferring the call, and no party is willing to take any responsibility, they just simply state that the number looks right.

Your exam will depend on your insurance coverage. You can contact the business office to help you navigate your insurance limits. They can also help you with getting a copy of your prescription.. Also Kaiser Vision is separate from Kaiser Healthcare. So that may be why it's not in the Healthcare portal. People are generally very helpful if you call and speak to someone though.
Yes, I am sure t hey can do that ... they agreed to do so for me , but I decided to get new frames anyway ... since the prices were very reasonable and I liked the idea of a change anyhow
