They also have guardian which is a big improvement from the original furnace that came with my house, gas bill has dropped even with a fairly constant 71 degree house temp setting
We have used them for 5 years now, quite pleased... with the HVAC products and services. NOT the electrical work, obscenely overpriced on the latter.
One point to think about, their new furnaces have a 10 year warranty. However, the condensation pump has no warranty from the vendor, only a 1 year from Black Hills. When you have a new install make sure the pump is not making a VERY loud thump when it ignites/ shuts off. We were told this was "normal". It's NOT! 3 years in, it stopped working and it's quite spendy to fix. Come to find out these pumps are not very reliable and have had issues. So that being said, the pump is not part of the furnace so it is not included in the 10 year warranty!
Several Brands. My selected system is the York. I am super happy with the system, the installation, the twice a year maintenance program and the technicians I interface with.
