This review is a couple of weeks late, but the services rendered is outstanding! My computer was booting but I had no image. I was suspecting either my graphics card or motherboard. I did not have spare parts so I contacted CNS. He was able to help me isolate my issue and verify that my motherboard and graphics card were operational. We both came to the conclusion that it was my DPI cable, he gave me one with no extra charge. When I got home I swapped my cable, and I was back up and running. Very professional and experienced, I would have no second thoughts about going back if I have any problems in the future.

The initial diagnostics is free if you have us repair the issue, so it depends on what the actual problem is that determines the cost. Estimating cost can be difficult if not enough information is available to determine exactly what is wrong with your system. If you could explain what the computer is doing or not doing, I would have a better idea of what the problem is. You could bring it to our shop or we could come to your location & run some tests. Or if its still functional, we can securely remote to your computer & run the tests whichever is easier for you. Please call 805.248.5870 so we can discuss the issue you are having & identify if it is a PC or a Mac, if its a laptop or a tower and any possible solutions we have to fix, upgrade or replace the system. Once we know exactly whats wrong, then we can apply the initial cost of diagnosis towards your repair or you can opt to skip repairs and pay 1hr shop labor. We are a full service Managed Service Provider (MSP) we will come out to your location and evaluate your issue(s). Let you know what we find and give you a quote. If you wish to proceed will will take care of your issue at that time. Generally we are equipped to handle just about any situation at your location while we are there. In the rare case we need to reschedule to come back because parts were unavailable or need to be ordered, we may be able to leave a loner PC onsite and configure it to work within your network while we take your system to the shop make the necessary repairs, then bring it back as quickly as possible. We understand every minute you are down takes away from your productivity and we want to help you cut that time to as short as possible.
