Sandra is a great manager. My dad walked in and only speaks Spanish she helped him out made him feel welcomed and he walked out with more shoes! Looking great and very happy with the service that he received! He was happy she spoke Spanish because he was a little worried that he wouldn’t be able to communicate. Very happy he’s excited to come back!

Excellent staff! I'd recommend red wing to anyone. After asking a guy on a job site with size 17 feet where he gets his boots and his reply being red wing, I tried it for my size 12.5. I got work boots I didn't even need to break in!

Leland was very professional and helpful when i first went in to get my boots. Even though the systems were down and everything was taking forever he maintained a positive attitude and got it done as quick as possible. When I came back to pick my boots up 3 days later the store was unexpectedly closed when they should have been open due to a "family emergency." They never called to let me know if my boots were even ready and there phone lines were down and I was unable to contact anyone. So I go to the store the next day and pick up my boots. The toe guard they put on was done with no care and looks like I'll rip thru it in two days. There are air bubbles in it where I can see the leather underneath. If I wasn't spending 300 dollars for the boots I probably wouldn't be complaining. Don't go to this location. Red wing boots are great but the employees outside of Leland are terrible.
