I haven’t ever been to their store, it was an online purchase, but you wouldn’t believe the great care Ray took in helping me get what I wanted and making sure I had what a I needed. Excellent customer care, great packing and shipping and the price was great. I wouldn’t hesitate to buy again (actually, just ordered some dust covers) or recommend them to others.
