I am at this building many times a week because I am my mother's caregiver. It sad that management has not made it easier for me by allowing my mom to have a paid parking space, making caregiving a bit easier. We are willing to pay, the only way they would allow me to park would be by changing the ownership of my car, address, insurance to my mom's . This is quite impossible. If I were to downsize and live in a building, this would not be a place to live. Too many rules, complications, everything is a problem. I do have to say that most of their doormen and women are polite and caring. 6/8/2021 I have to give credit were credit is due. Sandy the manager and the staff have been very hands on with all of the Covid Protocols. They have been helpful with the owners who were not able to throw their garbage, get their mail, deliveries etc.

It is nice but if you are going to buy an apartment there is a society that you have to ask permission to even put a flowerpot and they charge you to use up to the entrance door there everything is business you cannot put or decorations for Christmas you cannot have pets you have Book a day and pay if they are going to be a delivere of a piece of furniture because they have to tell you what day and what time you can make your delivery or any other things a paid jail
