I was very apprehensive about going and having my taxes done after H&R Block messed mine up royally ten years ago. For the last ten years I have been doing my taxes myself but I had a bunch of things this year that I knew nothing about so I needed the extra help. Vanessa who is located at the Pittsburgh and Francis location was amazing. She put my fears at ease and told me that it goes through three people to make sure that there are no mistakes before being sent to the IRS and it just made me feel so much better. She was so amazing at her job and has so much knowledge that I really appreciate her for helping me.
