Although it is a short walk to the beach the drawbacks will keep us from a return trip. The owners do not invest in maintenance. Upgrades aren't even on their list! They don't have rules...if they do, they don't enforce them. The place looks like a used car lot. It's a shame because I think the place has potential. Also, you don't know what site you will be in until you get here.

This is a beautiful classic Sourthern Oregon Coastal property. I hope the corporate owners preserve it. The staff is very dedicated. Prior incident was a misunderstanding, a case of mistaken identity. Nick is a great manager and cares about doing the right thing.

This campground was the best we have stayed at during our two month trip cross the country. The campground was small and the sites were well spaced , We weren't next to a highway, the beach was steps away. The campground manager was great: very friendly and helpful. There was an adorable light house with stones around it that the guests had painted.

I can’t express enough what a great experience we had at this RV park. We stayed for an entire week on our fifth wheel. Our site was steps from the ocean. We slept with our windows open to the sounds of the roaring waves. Each morning as we came out for our morning walk we were greeted by sea lions playing in the ocean. The beach was super clean. The sunsets were magnificent. The view of the sunset from the inside quaint lighthouse was a bonus. The grounds were extremely clean. The fellow campers were also very friendly. No long term RV’s here during our stay. And last but definitely not least is the kings, hard working owner Mike who went above and beyond to make sure our stay was the most memorable it could be. We saw him a couple times a day as he drove around to greet the newcomers s well as to make sure the campground was running smooth and safe. As e we went out and did sightseeing we came across other campgrounds but none of them compared to this Gem directly on the ocean.
