If I could give a 0 star I absolutely would. I have a family member who goes there to STABLE themselves. My family member goes atleast 1 week to a week and a half without MEDS because of their negligence in calling them in, in time. I hate to see my loved one suffer for a week and be completely UNSTABLE. They can’t sleep, their mind races and they are literally DETOXING and in pain. I’m FURIOUS. ALSO I KNOW THE RECEPTIONIST CALLS IN MEDS AND THATS NOT WITHIN HER LICENSE SO I THINK MY LAWYER WOULD LOVE TO HEAR THAT! I’d love to help get this place shut down. Having someone emotionally unstable off their meds for a week is a major CONCERN, and I’m sure by Attorneys would LOVE to learn this info too. It’s seriously a health issue not calling in their meds that stabilize them for a week.

I went here for a year and saw Dr. R. Who isn't really a Doctor. I had better insurance and wanted to go somewhere nicer. Right before COVID-19 I met her and I waited in the waiting room (a bunch of chairs) for 3 hours. The next time it was two hours. Her bedside manner is atrocious, she just reads the same script to everyone every time without a personal word. My meds changed during a hospital visit and the next time she calls me at 8pm. She refuses to change them back even though I was having an psychotic episode hadn't sleep for two days and was hearing voices. After a year of seeing me she says... it's too much for her to handle and that I need to go back to hospital! This is how they treat their patients. So if you have any serious health issues or you value your time. Don't go here! My favorite is their urgency line they claim to have if you are in trouble it's a VM. The one star is for L! She's a nice therapist there.

This practice should really be put out of business. It’s dangerous how bad their customer service is. I have been trying to get my doctor to complete a prior authorization for my prescription for over a month with no response whatsoever. Today I’m told that she (Dr. Doherty) is out of the office due to a licensing issue. The receptionists are rude and it is usually impossible to get a real person on the phone when you call. I know that there is a shortage of psychologists in MA but this office is really really bad!

Front desk staff is extremely rude and unhelpful. They never answer the phone and it causes a serious issue when trying to schedule an appointment. The wait time is typically an hour, and the appointment itself lasts maybe 6 minutes. The doctors themselves are great, the staff are the worst I’ve ever encountered in the medical profession. Should clean house and start fresh for a better practice.
