Went to get eye glass prescription filled on 3/26/22. Gave my insurance information. The Spanish man, I sat with told me I was covered for 2 pair of glasses. Reading and driving. I picked 2 sets of frames with him. He checked to make sure both frames were covered under my insurance. He then took my credit card and billed me for the difference. I called on 4/9/22, They never called me. And they told me my glasses where ready. When I got there, they only had one pair. The same man I sat down with two weeks ago looked at me and said, I only ordered one pair! Really! Going to lie right to my face! Very dishonest Business!!!

I didn’t have an appointment and they fit me right in two weeks ago and they fixed my daughter glasses same day n it was on a Saturday last minute so they r very well recommended by others my daughter told mi about them luv them I will let others know bout there gud work

I am horrified at the service you receive here! This establishment is very unprofessional from the moment I arrived here. I felt uncomfortable 🥵 I’m sorry but the Woman working at the front counter is very unprofessional as well as rude. I called to make an appointment. And was told that they would not have any appointments until the end of March . Now mind you this was the very middle of December! It’s seem seem to me that she could not be bothered. I told her I still would like to make the appointment she told me to hold on why she got the appointment book. Now 20 minutes later I am still on hold waiting for her to come back to the phone.To my surprise another woman comes back to the phone and ask me why am on hold I told her I was waiting for the receptionist to get the appointment book and get back to me and she never did. Much to my surprise she was able to give me a appointment within a few weeks. My appointment was in January! And now here we are in March. Still have not received my glasses and it’s been over six weeks I call and call this establishment daily for the phone to never ring!!! It just says Baystate Eye is busy. I have left numerous messages with no replies back. If you asked my opinion this is the worst establishment I have ever been to. And I’m sorry you should treat everybody equally. My eyesight is just as important as anybody else’s eyesight! Just because somebody has mass health does not mean that you can treat them less than somebody with better health insurance! Ridiculous you oto be ashamed of yourself!
