Apartment building is quiet & pet friendly! Which is good & bad.. some pet owners don't respect areas.. I love the petspa wash!!! The lobby & design is definitely upscale & hotel like! Free deluxe coffee in lobby ever am! I love the location! Right across street from the Train & buses! Definitely an upcoming neighborhood...some really nice new restaurants..authentic Mexican, Blue Ox right across the street! Love having a carport to unload! Very helpful! I'm still waiting to enjoy the rooftop pool...but the views are amazing! Luv the welcome bag with the goodies!!!! Very nice touch! Parking inside is a plus...a bit pricey but worth it..also there is parking garage right next door for $35 a month With all that being said.. it still has its issues ..rooftop respect issues....carpet pet urine issues .... parking permanently under carport for extended amount of time...respect for ada parking big issue for us..to see non disability people parking in ada spot.... run by young individuals..and new building issues..we feel that they need to be choosier in their rental selection and do regular apartment checks....so for us ...those things aren't good. Very sad to see a beautiful building get ruined so quickly ....having said that ...we absolutely love our view! Photos below taken by MPL

They catfish people! On Saturday Hayley showed us an one-bed apartment with a den that was up in their site for $2750, but she said to us that the real price was $2100 and that if we liked we should apply because it would be rented very fast, so we did the $500 deposit thinking that the apartment would be ours upon approval, but after we left and she asked for income verificationb email she kept finding excuses to not rent the unit, one after another, I even said that I would pay three months in advance and I showed proof that I had enough money on my account to pay for a full year, but she kept her attitude trying to push back. So Sunday goes by, Monday I call their office and someone picks up the call saying that Hayley was on a day off and that he would forward my email to her (he didn't even try to help, just said that I should talk to Hayley), so I emailed her twice on Monday but no response! So Tuesday I got no response from Hayley, so I call the office trying to find out what's happening and if we have the apartment or not after two days with no response, Hayley answers the phone with the same attitude, so I tell her that if our application was not approved I wanted my $500 deposit back, then she started being rude saying that she could not give my money back without talking to the manager that only would be available the next day!!! At this point it was clear that she set the trap with that $2100 apartment just to get the deposit, and then disappeared for some days so she could keep my $500 deposit! Now they said they will refund the money by check in a few days, but it's been a week now and nothing! That's outrageous, they are tricking people, if you read other reviews you'll see that I was not the first

After applying for an apartment on June 17th and being ignored for all this days, on the phone and via email with no response regarding my application, finally I've been offered today to receive my $500 deposit back, but, that's not the end of their unprofessional work. I have to wait 3 weeks to get my money back, because they need 3 weeks to send a simple check. Like it's gonna travel from India or China to Worcester MA instead from Lynn MA. I believe, based on my experience with them, that I will have to go straight to their office, sit and wait until they give me money back. Hopefully they won't destroy your day like they destroyed mine.

My girlfriend and I applied here in OCTOBER and was required to pay $500 upon doing the application. We were not approved but have yet to receive our money back. These people are CONS. They continuously give the run around. Here we are in JUNE almost JULY and no refund has been issued. They claim to have sold the building, but once speaking to Procopio Company whom they claim they could not get in touch with in order to issue the refund, Procopio explained the issue should be fixed. Yet, ”Courtney” the “Regional Manager” continuously dodges calls and has yet to issue our refund. It’s really ridiculous. These people should be shut down. If a check can not be made out they should do what everyone else in present day America does and put it back on the card it was taken from! Definitely CONS !!!
