If I could rate them zero I would! Their customer service is HORRIBLE! My client ordered a pizza and they gave him the wrong order. When he called the store to inform them they stated he would have to wait 20 minutes for a remake. I called the store on his behalf to ask if it could be expedited since he had small children who had already waited 30 minutes and was hungry. The manager was rude and hung up on me. Tried calling back and they wouldn’t answer. When I went to pick up the pizza I asked to speak to the manager and he refused to come to the window and told the guy working to close the window in my face. I stated he was rude and they both said they didn’t care. Very unprofessional and rude! I will never order from them again. It’s sad they don’t value their customers.

I'm leaving a No Star review so disregard the star. I was at the pick up window, and I was told to place the order online. I did so, but then my order was instantly canceled. The clerk was trying to say that it took twenty minutes to place the order, but it was only 10. My money was taken, but my funds were not instantly reversed. I would not recommend going here. Buying a piece of from a grocery store is a much better option.

Been waiting an hr and a half for my pizza that I ordered on line to be baked. I called to ask got hung up on. Came up here they got standing outside. Still ain't made my food. I ask for a refund the manager asked me if I paid cash or card. I ordered on line how I pay cash. Then was told if I want pizza faster to find them some delivery drivers

I really, really have to give props to help everyone see a broader perspective of this location. This is one of the VERY few restaurants in a neighborhood which also no longer has any grocery stores. This is in a location where many people tend to try to lie to get free food on a daily basis. This has led to the delivery option from this store, even when offered, to just not be as viable as other neighborhoods or locations. However, carryout service, which is my preferred choice here, is always quick, the orders are correct and prepared properly, and I order from here at least twice a week on average. I would hate, hate, hate to lose this restaurant as they do a good job despite the various difficulties with the area, and it is one of very few options in a food desert

I would've called and ask to speak to the Manager. Depends on which Manager is there though. They are suppose to fix it and give you a free one. That's what their new commercial says...!
They might bring it to your car.
Better business bureau will most definitely help as well as corporate it's still a franchise
