We placed an online order for pick up in the drive thru. The food was hot and fresh. The pizzas looked like they were made with care and all 4 of them were made correctly. All different crusts, all different toppings but, they were all great. All of the breadsticks were perfect, crispy on the outside, chewy on the inside. The Cinnabons were good and fresh too. Our order was ready when it was supposed to be. This has been our experience the last few times ordering from this location. I can't speak for in house or 3rd party delivery but, our carry out orders have been bomb.

Ordered around 740 with a 45-55 minute wait time didn't receive it until 920. Called around 9 to check on the pizza and was placed on hold. Two of the personal pizza boxes for my kids were soaked in grease and the toppings were half off the pizza. The third pizza was half cooked and cold. The store finally picked the phone back up around 935 and told me that they didn't have record of my order. I then told them that I received the order but it was messed up. I was then put back on hold to talk to a manager and waited about 10 minutes. He informed me that he could remake the order but I had to come pick it up. If I didn't have to wait almost 45 minutes on hold then it could have been more reasonable or they could have delivered it again. We have had issues with this location before. If you don't mind half cooked, messed up food, and almost always late deliveries then order from here.

Ordered A pizza and cookie for my son, and when the order came, the cookie was missing and the pizza was cold, hard, and sloppy. I was told by the store to contact door dash and after 30 minutes with door dash the MERCHANT (Pizza Hut) did not provide my complete order. I called back to talk to a manager and was hung up on. This was the worst service I’ve ever experienced and hope no one ever has to deal with the same. Their manager was rude and disrespectful and if upper management knew how customers were talked to, he likely wouldn’t be working there.

Ordered food foe my daughter. This is how it arrives 1 1/2 hours later. Cold, old, and gross. I am highly disappointed.
