I would've called and ask to speak to the Manager. Depends on which Manager is there though. They are suppose to fix it and give you a free one. That's what their new commercial says...!
Hi Thea, Were you able to speak to the General Manager? Definitely ask for the General Manager, Shane. He should be able to take care of you!
Definitely contact the store manager, in most cases you can get a refund, or free pizza your next order. If worse comes to worse, I sure there is a corporate office in place.
The General Manager is supposed to be in tomorrow at 5pm. I'm currently waiting for my pizza its been 4 hours.
