How do I file a claim about the food I receive on Monday Sept 30 2019. The Pizza was cold and I ask for extra banana pepper on it and they were not on the pizza.

I would've called and ask to speak to the Manager. Depends on which Manager is there though. They are suppose to fix it and give you a free one. That's what their new commercial says...!

Definitely contact the store manager, in most cases you can get a refund, or free pizza your next order. If worse comes to worse, I sure there is a corporate office in place.

The General Manager is supposed to be in tomorrow at 5pm. I'm currently waiting for my pizza its been 4 hours.
