Ordered online through the app last night at 6:30. Said that my order would be ready by 8:30 which for me is a little long. But it's okay, they don't close until 9:00. Never received my order. It didn't say making order until about 8:30. If I could I would give this a zero because that's unacceptable. And unfortunately they don't open until 3:00 today so I'm not sure what's going on but will not be ordering from this Pizza Hut again.

Nobody will answer the phone. An hour and a half waiting on the delivery. Can't cancel the pizza. $36 down the drain. Will never order from this company again.

Ordered pizza and wings on December 31, 2021. Waited over 3 hours and no food. Money was immediately taken out of my debit card. Food was never delivered. Pizza Hut was unable to remedy or explain the situation. It has been a few short days of a month and nothing at all from them. Over the last three weeks I have spoken with several barely speaking and understanding English customer service representatives who can barely write my name while profusely saying they will take care of my problem but have not. I will never ever use Pizza Hut in my life again. There customer service is horrendous at best. It's a poorly run circus there.

I had a bad experience with pizza hut Lafayette road Indianapolis, imagine my client order pizza with 2liters of diet Pepsi, after waiting for ages the pizza came without diet Pepsi, the delivery driver did as if he's bringing it from his car and he left, we call and was transferred to the restaurant several times with no response. After about 2 hours i have to go to the restaurant to get it myself. On getting there instead of apologizing, the staff there was asking why am yelling at her, can you imagine?. She even said i should not order from pizza hut again. Anyways, i told her i won't, but will definitely order from other decent pizza hut. They're very rude and unprofessional at pizza Hut Lafayette road
