This property is not ready for being a Crowne Plaza Hotel. It’s barely qualified to be a Super 8. Let’s start out front. Parking lot terrible designed. No cot enough ADA parking near entrance. The front desk staff too new to hotel business to anticipate guests needs The building is another one of those hotel building lean to lobby era design. Had a ramp too strap for current ADA requirements. Only two elevators that were extremely hot, noisy. And lacking for a convention hotel. The restaurant looked nice, but with an overpriced buffet at $16.00 never actually ate there. The actual offerings barely where worth $10.00. Then they decided to use the bar area for dinner which is on the other end of the atrium, with very limited menu, and the food had to be carried from the other end where the real restaurant kitchen was, through public space. The meeting rooms were located close to atrium, but once again staff was not properly prepared on how to do banquets. The night of the National Garden Railroad Convention banquet, when the tables should have been preset with water, salad, bread, staff was still running around with those item for almost an hour after the event was supposed to start. Then during the banquet the A/C shut off and never reset. The convention center is so far down twisting hallways with out any benches or chairs it made for a very uncomfortable visit to halls. Did we mention no restrooms in hallways to halls? IHG needs to seriously consider removing this property from their system. Been an IHG loyalty member since 2000. One of the worst multi night stays we’ve had.

We stayed here for a Garden Railroad Convention, as did several others at this convention. We were told queen beds in the double bed rooms, 4 adults. The beds were only double! No way could 4 adults sleep in 2 double beds! The carpet in our room was rolling and loose. The toilet ran constantly. In 4 days, we had to ask for towels and toilet paper, having to get them from the front desk ourselves every time. One of our rooms had wet carpet and a very leaky toilet. All the rooms had a musty smell. The only coffee (once you use the 4 pods in your room) was at the $16 breakfast buffet! I saw housekeeping once on our floor, and she was only turning over rooms, not freshening up occupied rooms. In the 2 elevators, besides being extremely hot, the conversation between every single person, we all had the same complaints! Every single time for 4 days! The Convention hall itself was great, but the entrance door being used was oddly located down a long winding hall. No bathrooms except for near hotel lobby. If I was a handicapped person, I would not have been able to navigate hallway, nor the long ramp (again, long, uphill and many turns) to the elevator. As it was, several convention attendees could not do much. When we walked in on Tuesday, the lobby had 2 beautiful water dispensers filled with water and grapes/lemon... When we checked out 4 days later, same grapes and lemon were now rotting. This may have a nice place once, but not now. It's extremely outdated and way overpriced!!! The best part of our stay (we had 10 in our group) was our amazing server at breakfast! She was absolutely amazing!!!!

Throughout history many acts of treason and treachery have occurred however seemingly higher than all these events is the fact that one of the most renown and relaxing things at this IHG location has been filled with concrete. Now you may ask yourself how does a business that maintains a convention center as well as a restaurant inside the hotel lack the ability to allow a small circle filled with warm water to exist. You may be thinking well if the hot tub is closed the pool is pry pretty well heated then right? No the Pool felt as if I were taking a dip in a watering hole in northern Russia. But don’t worry the bar is still open so hopefully you can drink yourself into solace regarding the lack of a hot tub.

Not the nicest hotel I've been to. There was an air conditioner like you see in old hotels. The microwave was balanced on a tiny round table. You couldn't close the drapes so you got the morning sun in your face. They left tea bags that were opened. The sink stopper had to be pried up to keep the water from filling up the sink. Would not stay here again!

Easier to Google "events in Denver" than to ask here
It’s not safe. My truck was stolen right out of the parking lot. They have security gates but weren’t using them and no outside security. They showed no compassion.
Yes, and the shuttle will take you to any location within 5 miles of the hotel, like Starbucks & local restaurants.
Yes. 24 hour staff.
If your a guest parking is free.
I think it is all ages unless they're serving alcohol
