Ok straight up this is not a nice hotel. The building is very very old and falling apart. The stairs need a good power washing and reconstruction. The room was acceptable for sleeping but there was a decent amount of people sitting outside drinking at night on the balconies. We literally checked in at 3am after a red eye flight and were out by 10am. The ONLY thing that saves this hotel was the front desk staff. She was an incredibly nice person and really helped us out in a stressful situation. But for real if that building caught on fire it would be an improvement. Just bulldoze it and start over.

THEY HAVE ROACHES!! It’s a trap hotel 🤦🏽‍♀️. The area is weird/sketchy and the rooms are all very smoky. (Even “non smoking” rooms) Beds are small and uncomfortable. My first room wasn’t even ready and smelled like smoke so they changed my room. The second room was very smoky still and had bugs! Spent about an hour in the room and saw a flying roach crawling in the bathroom. Yeah no. I got out of there as quickly as possible. The staff was VERY friendly about my refund and easing my discomfort. For a few extra bucks stay at a clean and smoke free hotel by the airport or something.

You get what you pay for. This hotel is not the best but it's not the worst. I booked a King room, with a fridge and microwave, months in advance and even called 3 different times to confirm. When my husband and I arrived at midnight, the lady at the front desk was very personable. When we got to the room there was no fridge or microwave and the TV was broken. The lady at the front desk was very apologetic and gave us a room with double beds. I believe they were full sized beds. I was disappointed but happy that we got another room so quickly. I actually liked the full sized bed because got a chance to cuddle with my husband. We had no choice because the bed was small. ☺️ I will probably not be back but you never know. I would have given this 2 stars but the lady at the front desk was super accommodating and she gets the extra star.

Overall not worth it. We had bugs, our shower was broken, our sheets had holes, and the blankets were paper thin. The one star I did give it though was for the customer service we received because they did give us a refund and were super nice about it. If you're nice to them, they'll be nice to you! This is more of a one night stay if you absolutely need to kind of place. Also. THE PICTURES ARE LIES.
