Room was filthy, not vacuumed, smelled like pet urine, mattress was most uncomfortable I’ve ever slept on in a hotel. Live and dead spiders in the room. Pool only half full of water. Checked out early and booked in a different hotel.

THE hotel experience is an important part of a trip,but when we bought rooms it was hard to get clean towels and have our rooms cleaned. i would love to see this business thrive but the owner needs to know that people pay most of their trip in a hotel.

Achieves the job of being an inexpensive hotel in Denver that was pretty decent. The toilet was a little fiddly to get to flush properly and there was some weird smell in the room when we got there that went away by day 2 but over all nothing was bad. Our room got turned down each morning and the complementary breakfast is a little above average. No bacon and eggs but they did have a waffle maker. The flavored creamer pumps were nice to see over single serving containers. All in all not a bad choice and the pancake House next door is great.

The lady at the front desk was very nice and her customer service skills were on point. Only rating it a 4 because the hotel is old and needs renovation on the outside especially. The rooms were cozy but only had double beds. Air conditioner is pretty loud, but that was ok because it drowned out the sounds of the constant trains running behind it. It is a classic 2 star motel, so you get what you pay for. For the price though you won't find much else that close to the action for that price.
