Really enjoyed this hotel. The rooms are nice and clean. The breakfast is fresh. My husband said it didn’t have enough protein but I liked it! The front desk staff offered great selections for dinner (go try Cuba Cuba) and the location is really convenient. We rented lime electric bikes and drove those everywhere. We didn’t have to use our car until we left. I’d definitely stay here again.

Staying for a few days at The Element Denver Downtown East. Close to Coors Field, Capitol building, courts, etc. Great stay so far. A newer, super clean property, sleek and modern. Felt very safe and secure here. Amazing beds, luxe toiletries, in house bar, pet friendly. Very busy staff remained warm, attentive and accommodating. Large guest, conference and board rooms, with common balconies for use by all guests. Be sure to use the on-site parking structure. Chef Steven prepares the best hotel breakfast we have enjoyed in years. Top marks. Great value for the location, staff, quality and experience. Highly recommend.

I decided to end a hotel stay with another hotel and come to this hotel for my 3 weeks in Denver. One reason I decided to come here is because I was very pleased with the optimistic and motivated staff right from the jump when I visited the hotel. They gave me several tours of the place and seemed to be very proud of their workplace. At the end, they won me over to the Marriot brand from Holiday Inn and I will also keep my eye out for the Element brand. I have to give them 5 stars but here are pluses and negatives. Pluses: -Positive, friendly, motivated, accommodating staff --Hot breakfast every morning. The best hotel breakfast I've ever had. The cook also seems very professional. --Heating and air was excellent --The music playing in the room upon entry was a nice touch --The shower is phenomenal and the room was really nice overall --Parking was reasonable around the property --The location was convenient --They have a nice variety of items available to make your stay the best it possibly can be. --Garage parking available --Huge beautiful lobby Negatives: -For some reason, there is a detector on the bedroom ceiling that flashes throughout the night -- which can be disturbing. However, when I mentioned it, the Frontdesk said they could cover up the sensor lights or provide sleeping masks. --I didn't like constantly asking for supplies. I was staying for 3 weeks but I kept having to ask for stuff. However, they do have nice systems in place to obtain the items you need. Overall, definitely a 5 star experience and one of the best hotel experiences I've over had!

Hotel overall is really nice and in a great location. Room is comfortable and good breakfast. We paid $18 extra a night to park our car in the hotel's garage expecting that to be the safest option. Our car was broken into and damaged. Hotel staff deducted some of the parking cost but they need to hire security. Also, there was a random fire alarm that went off at night with no compensation for the inconvenience.
