I came here in January 2022 for a real estate conference and stayed for two nights. As a Titanium member, I get upgraded occasionally, and luckily, I was upgraded to a suite in the tower. It has an interesting layout that I would say is for entertaining people. I did a video tour and put that on YouTube. The bathroom was very large and the bedroom was nice and quiet. But, there was an L shaped entertaining room that would be good for a Happy Hour with clients or something like that? :-) Also, it had a nice view during the day and at night of the Civic Center park and art museum, etc. Mountain views out the bedroom window. The hotel is great, we had a drink and tried a burger and an appetizer at the bar and we were given breakfast tickets to the buffet and it was great and the server was very kind! The conference was held here and it was also very good. The lunch was great - I really like the dressing on the salad and the healthy feel of the lunch. Dessert was good too! We parked offsite and walked two blocks. Overall, a great stay and experience with all the things I got to do/try. Thanks!

The hotel and associated areas are incredibly nice, tastefully designed and up-to-date. We came for a stay-cation, specifically for the pool — but would say it wasn’t really worth it. The pool is large and there are great, resort style lounges but the sun doesn’t really fully shine on the pool area until around 1pm — due to the taller buildings. The hotel advertises the pool as heated but the water is really cold - even in June. If you go for the pool just know that later afternoon is really the best time to enjoy it. Everything is kept really clean and there are plenty of towels. Has potential if you can catch it on the right day.

Great place in the heart of downtown! Clean and comfortable rooms, common areas were all very clean. I was so impressed with the hotel for such a great price. Would absolutely categorize as a 4 star hotel. The lobby has great seating areas throughout and dining areas as well as a Starbucks and bar. Only con was Valet was incredibly expensive at just over $50 for the night.

I had a nice stay with my family. This Grand hotel is reasonably priced enough we could stay with the kids on a whim while being fancy enough to impress the kiddos. Unfortunately, it isn't expensive enough to keep the rough riff raff crowd out. Stephen at the front was EXTREMELY helpful when it came to checking in and resolving my card issues. The room was clean but the shower didn't work. We didn't realize this until our last minuet shower before we left. We were slightly upset about that. But the worst part was from 10PM-2AM our next door neighbors were screaming and throwing things. This woke up my kids and scared them greatly. I called down to the desk twice to get them to take care of it but a half hour later @1:30 AM security knocked on our door while we were trying to get our kids back to sleep and the questioned me like WE DID SOMETHING! I was appalled by how inattentive they were and how rude they were. When I notified front desk staff that morning they just said "OK" which solidified that these folks seriously lacked professionalism and hospitality! The heated pool was nice with a good view and the room was nice but these people have no business in Hospitality

A lot. Like $40. I parked .25 mile away at denver pavillons underground parking garage for $7 a day. Thats the way to go
Free mall ride is available from hotel to Union station and it's just 10 mins travel. From Union station to airport board train with 9 dollar pass.
Last time I checked they did!
It's open you just have to make a reservation
Lyft everywhere when I was down there still cheaper than a rental
