I love these old diners! It's just a small place tucked away on a side street in West Springfield. This was our second visit here and it was just as good the first time. It is clean n tidy, has quite an extensive menu of old time classics and their "Specials" are pretty phenomenal. The wait staff are always welcoming, pleasant and efficient. The food portions are large (always enough for a take home container) hot and delicious. It's a great place to start the day or enjoy lunch or dinner I'm sure. Prices are comparable to other area restaurants. An important side note; I'm sure we have ALL noticed rising prices at our favorite restaurant. It's really not necessary to explain why but just in case you have missed history since Covid .. not only have the costs of food and transportation risen substantially, everything from cooking oil to paper products have gotten pricy. Owning/ operating a diner is really a labor of love, there's not much room for profit now adays. Be sure to tip the wait staff and enjoy your meal.
