It’s a Marriott corporate office-park type hotel, so you know what you’re getting. Generally well-kept, nice lobby area, rooms a little worn. We were supposed to get an upgrade and were given a room with a 1st floor “patio” that was basically a sidewalk that other guests walked in front of constantly…. felt somewhat invasive. Would have requested a room change but we were only there 2 nights. Staff was ok, not outstanding but were helpful when asked questions.

Denver Marriott West is the hotel we always stay at when we come to Denver. We bring our two Golden Retrievers. We are always treated as family there and our dogs love it. I want to give a shout out to Kelly. She was amazing!! Very friendly and took the time to accommodate us and meet our needs. Thank you to all of the staff at the front desk, lounge, and cleaning staff that always make our stay enjoyable.

I have never wanted to leave a review on any place but this hotel was so bad I had to share. For a Marriott this was unacceptable. The service is horrible. You can never find a staff member. The “restaurant” is just a bar where you will wait an obnoxious amount of time for food or service. The rooms are disgusting. My sheets had blood and other unidentifiable stains on them. I will NEVER come back to this hotel. Do NOT book here!!!

Very nice location, staff is amazing, and facility was very clean. The rooms are everything but stellar, small room, even smaller bathroom, and pillows are so not comfortable. Apart from it the rooms were in very beautiful shape and TV screen was amazing (55”).
