The room was not clean. It looked like it had missed several weeks of cleanings, not just the previous one. The sheets had not been changed and were still dirty and full of hair. The floor was sticky and had not been properly cleaned in quite some time. All the tables still had something sticky on it. The walls were visually dirty. The toilet was still uncleared with evidence of the prior stay. There was dust every where. I think the only item in the room that was clean was the mirror, and I wish I was exaggerating. I wiped down the bathroom myself with baby wipes and they were filthy indicating the surfaces had not been cleaned in a long while. The staff was friendly and polite, I had to ask for new sheets, but friendly goes only so far when the room is that filthy. I hate to leave this review, but I think it could be a decent place if it’s was actually a clean place.

This hotel was disgusting. We paid $140 a night, so we weren't expecting a top rated hotel, but I wouldn't pay $50 to stay here. Rooms were very dirty, mold growing on the bathroom ceiling, smelled like an ashtray, food or something dripping down the walls, and brown stains on the sheets. We actually looked at 3 different rooms and all were very dirty. Pictures from website are not actually of this hotel. We did not stay because it was so bad. Of course they would not refund any of our money which is a joke since I feel that it was false advertising. I can't believe Quality Inn would allow their name to be associated with this hotel.

Although the staff was very pleasant and helpful I paid $190 for one night in a very dirty and poorly maintained room. Even $80 would have been too much. The floors of the room were all vinyl and very sticky. The bedding had multiple cigarette holes in them. The outlets were loose and our chargers kept falling out or sparking. Wr had to use our own batteries for the remote. Multiple stains of previously splashed liquids were on the walls. All of these things were mentioned in recent reviews, some going back months, and the owners posted responses that they would address the concerns. Based on our room, they have done little to nothing to fix these issues of cleanliness. Again, the staff was very kind and helpful, however, the room was terrible and nowhere close to the price paid. Until major cleaning and updates are done it's best to pass. We've used Choice hotels numerous times in the past and this was the worse room. Very disappointed.

Deeply unsatisfied with my experience: -Shattered window pane let cold air in all night -Broken shower curtain rod made it impossible to close curtain, bathroom floor got soaked with water -Shower had mildew on it, bathroom unclean in general -Called to get more pillows for the bed and when I walked down to reception to get them, they didn't have pillow cases... -Coffee pouch and plastic tray from previous guest was left in coffee machine (created a smell), a new tray was not provided. I stayed at a La Quinta a day before my stay here for a lower price, MUCH bigger and nicer room, and would recommend this hotel be avoided.
