I'm a considering buying a mobile home here what does the lot rental include can anyone tell me? Because the people tell me it's just lot for 1017 a month that's crazy.. my aunt lives there and she says her rent includes trash, sewer, and water... so I am super confused

EDIT: I live in this Park. Lot rent is almost 1K: rent, water, sewer, trash. Maintenance staff are good are nice guys. I've never had to wait for help after calling in an order. Jo, Office Mgr, is very helpful when I call. Roads are in bad shape. Part of the park has been paved; part not. I have a nice little corner and am content to live here, until I can't ($).

The lot fee depends on the lot and how long you've been here. Our lot fee started at about $500 and after being here for 4 years our lot fee is now about $700 and after 5 years the lot fee goes to the market value which right now I believe is about $900 or so.

Yes they have space and I don't no the exact rate it's about $800 per month
No rentals, it's owner owned property only.
