Stayed here for a wedding with an early AM departure to head to the airport. Hotel was a great place to get ready and relax beforehand. Best part was the hotel has an EV charger. We rented a plug in hybrid and were able to charge the car enough to make it all the way to the airport without using gas. Very cool and a great stop if you have an EV.

The hotel breakfast was not as advertised or as expected. There was NO hot breakfast as it was only continental. My family had chosen to stay at this hotel brand specifically for the fantastic hot breakfast during our cross country vacation. This was not advertised and I learned that this was due to staff shortage. I should have chosen a less expensive hotel where I could get a continental breakfast rather than paying more for this hotel. Very disappointed. I spoke with a hotel employee who said a manager would contact me and so far I have not been contacted.

So over all my stay was pretty good . Check in was a little slow and the lady was a little rude seemed new. Beds were pretty comfortable, the water pressure was great and hot . The room was pretty clean . I could hear the people above me walking , the ac sounded like a wind tunnel every time it came on and our tv decided to have a blue screen couldn’t watch. I mentioned this to front desk same lady she was rude when I mentioned it to her and she was like ok what do u want me to do basically I’m letting you know the tv is going out like really . The breakfast wasn’t good at all bananas weren’t even ripe and there was no coffee and it was very crowded. The elevators were slow and the lighting behind the building was horrible and no parking in the front cause a semi wanted to take up all the parking. I would prob stay here again even with the minor issues for the most part it was pretty clean and quiet .

Danielle was very attentive and polite! She greeted right when I walked in and helped me change my reservation. She was friendly and patient throughout the process. I love holiday inn express! The rooms are nice and breakfast is good! Every time I travel, I look for a holiday inn express.
