I had not been to this mall since they remodeled and added on and while I am impressed, at that the same time I was lost in the mall because it is huge. The mall has grown and expanded it’s outdoor dining and restaurants. Not only is it a mall but it’s really fun inside and outside. There’s cornhole there’s a bocce court, there’s ping-pong tables in the mall there’s Instagram walls throughout the mall inside and out besides all the great shops for all budgets. Some of the popular ones are Macy’s Uniqlo Abercrombie and Fitch, Footlocker, Gucci , Bloomingdale’s and a big food court inside and many restaurants in the new outdoor eating including a new high-end VIP experience movie theater you can literally spend a whole day in here where because there’s so much to do, see and shop.

Converted to a upscale mall after the restructuring. Front of the mall is really beautified with open spaces and courtyard. Apart from the prior food court , there are new restaurants for fine dining. Parking can be a little confusing, park on the top level to directly enter the mall.

Visited Valley Fair mall after almost 2.5years. Has updated well, I must say. They charge for parking now, if your parked time exceeds 2 hrs. They have quite a range of stores from designer to fast fashion. I missed some of the old restaurants at the food court though. But I am happy to see Lululemon.

a large and nice mall in Stevens Creek blvd. You can find a lot of good , middle and high end stores and restaurants, there is also a foodcourt and movie house too. its a good place to shop and just stroll around.

Yeah true. I wonder even who came up with an idea to have parking fee for the customers as well. I don't see any mall charging for parking at least here in the bay area. Crazy decisions Including employees is ridiculous. This makes no one not only shop but also not to work place
Technically, no. Service animals only.
It's okay, but it's not great as it's pretty slow. Also, coverage can be spotty at time and location.
There's a big difference between what you CAN do and what you SHOULD do. I wouldn't risk it! Often too hot, cold, sunny, or windy.
Yes, get there early, like 11:00 am, make sure to get your 2 for one Christmas socks and sweater deals
Take a road trip where there's a few people around or hiking up the big hill or a mountain, maybe southern Utah or northern Arizona. Enjoy the scenery.
Santana row so far is still free that I'm aware of. Valley Fair Mall is the one that charges for parking
They do not get commission from towing the cars. They watch out to make sure that you aren't parking in the wrong spot. Some parking spaces are reserved for those going to safeway. They also tow your car if you've stayed too long, say maybe 4-5 hours.
Yes
San Jose Showcase Icon. Every theater has reclining seats with seat warmers. The VIP for adults is awesome for getting a drink also. Very clean throughout the entire movie theater. The sound quality is great as well
You'll need to call the store or go in. No one here can do that.
yes
The parking structure over by Macys seems to be the best, but depends on where you're going in the mall. The earlier you go the better.
I do believe so
Depends on the movie time released between $12-$15. But some movies are worth paying more. Enjoy:)
I heard recliners
It's closed today , but you may call &confirm
I think it depends on the store.
Yes they have... Easy to find them in the mall...
This depend on the day of the week and the individual fim showing. You would do better to check the weekly film listings for the theatre for the day you want to attend.
I think so
I would say that they probably wouldn't mess with your car but they can tow it at the discretion of management you might also look for one of the signs that are usually posted by all entrances to the property they spell out the dos and don'ts to parking in their lot
Elijah, there is no GameStop in Valley Fair, the closest are Westgate, market center on Coleman, Mariposa shopping center on homestead Santa Clara or 2065 Camden Ave.
Ricardo, Westfield valley Fair is an extremely safe, family oriented Mall. Carrying a knife only opens the door for the possibility of trouble, something I'm sure you'd like to avoid as would the mall. You would be well advised to leave the knife at home, security as well as cameras at the mall are on the lookout and high alert for these types or scenarios.
7am. Here's normal and holiday hours as well as a list of special deals this week and black Friday. https://www.westfield.com/valleyfair/center-info/hours
No official opening date, but they're trying to open this December.
No specific dates yet
Normal hours, 10am until 9:30pm.
Assume 10 to 6 most stores. Target till. 9
Yes. Also pacsun has a brandy section
Service dogs are allowed, but not pets. Unfortunately, it's very difficult to tell if an animal is registered for service these days. They are no longer required to wear vests. A good indication of whether or not an animal is providing a service for their owner is the animal's behavior.
I think there is but i might be wrong
No
They weren't making enough profit to offset the high cost of rent at Valley Fair. The companies in charge of the locations decided to shut them down rather than hemmorage money on a location that wasn't turning a profit.
There are stores that sell prom dresses, but I don't think there is a store that just sells prom dresses.
Yes. There is a place for small children to play. First floor near Macy's.
When you get there they have plenty of informational maps of where everything is it's a very cool place
No not anymore. They took it out a few years ago
I just called them and asked and they said if you go to the information desk you can get a stroller or wheelchair.
The actual doors into the mall open between 5-6am if I'm not mistaken. This is for employees to get into the mall. As the Starbucks opens at 7am and the partners have to get there earlier than that to open... the earliest I've ever had to go in was 5am I believe? Because work was being done on my store that I needed to be present for. The contractors had to let me in that time. I tried to get into the mall one time at like 3:30 am because the alarm had gone off and the security company had called me, and it was fairly soon after I took over so I was being paranoid and wanted to make sure everything was ok. I couldn't get into the mall so I went home, turned out a piece of wooden edging had come lose and fallen in our window display. Anyway. The doors are definitely open by 6am. And, as everyone who didn't understand your question stated, the actual stores open at 10am, 11am on sundays.
Yes, contact the concierge team or the security office for your complimentary wheelchair
What a ridiculous woman complaining about bullshit! To enjoy Halloween with their daughters on the street. The normal people with common sense do not use labels for every nonsense that occurs to complain.
Your best bet is to call Apple. The Apple Store at the Stanford Shopping Center most likely will do it as i have seen it happen years past.
Yup! Most stores do!
No there aren't any lockers anywhere I've been there a few times
No
I have seen some shoppers with small dogs. Some of these shoppers carry their small pups in doggie carriers. I think small dogs are ok. I haven't seen big dogs in Valley Fair Mall. Hope this helps.
Not that I've seen.
Was there last Monday. Available tables benches in the food court
Not sure, but I din see much construction when I visited toward October end
I doubt it... but once its open, its ok to do so
As far as I know they opened again on Monday of this week
No, but on the Stevens Creek side some of the shops have brought thing outside under tents like a farmer's market. Saw 3 food trucks also. Not sure what days it's open, says 11am-7pm online. Started with under 10 shops, then the next day about 30 shops.
