Zara Executives! The people at this location do not want to work. On Sunday, the most popular shopping day, they decided to close all fitting rooms and leave only one open at the Men’s department. Now, imagine the line here!! A lot of people (mostly ladies) just wait here for hours, then just leave their items and go away. What is going on here?? The staff do openly express their unwillingness to work here, they simply do not care about customers. If you decide to keep only one fitting room open ( in the far end of the top floor ), at least put up a sign so we do not spend our time looking for clothes. Most ladies in Silicon Valley are super busy - really, this is just a spit into our faces. Very-very upset.

Worst customer service ever!! Had to stand in long line for an hour and they said the return is only downstairs. And downstair had its own line and only one register was open when there was many employees wondering around!

Terrible customer service. There's only one register open with three cashiers working in the store for both purchase and returns and no one to answer any questions. For whatever reason they don't even bother to open 2nd floor registers. Wasted 45 min in the line to return a single item!

They have three areas of registers and they always only seem to have one of them open. The line goes all the way from the front to the back of the store and wraps around. But there are plenty of employees roaming the floors. I’ve worked in retail at the cash register and we would always rearrange our positions to ensure the lines never got this bad. Seems like the cashiers were getting through one customer every 5 minutes… Not to mention when I got to the front of the line for a RETURN the cashier made no apology for the long wait. I waited in line for over 30 minutes. Also, because the line, it at least THIRTY people, wrapped to the front door the security alarms kept going off because people had items they were trying to purchase.

I don't think so...possibly after the mask mandates are eased or lifted. Personally I think it's more a reflection of staffing challenges.
I believe 0700 am to 1000 pm
