Very pleasant on the phone when we called. Easy to find and very friendly greeting at registration. Room is HUGE, clean and comfortable. It is dated, but we knew that from the beginning and it’s a great and refreshing thing. Pool was cool and very clean as was the hot tub. Views across the road are beautiful and facing east, the sunrise will be spectacular. All in all a great place to stay.

Booked for one night. Had some difficulties with the electricy while I was there, but management offered a full refund without even being asked (had electrician working on the issue when we were checking out). Other than that, the rooms were very clean and taken care of. The location was about 10 minutes from the wedding venue we were attending so worked out great, was also about 5 minutes from restaurants.

This is legitimately the cleanest hotel I've ever stayed in. Like cleaner than rooms that cost hundreds of dollars. The rooms are a touch dated but honestly who cares. They're cozy, its affordable and you could literally eat off the floor. I will note, the showers are quite tiny. Like college dorm stall shower that requires some flexibility and yoga moves if you plan on shaving your legs. Probably not super ideal for anyone of larger stature (I'm 5'6" and bumped the walls a few times). HOWEVER. I feel that doesn't even matter after a long day of hiking in RMNP when you come back to a room literally cleaner than your own house.

No "continental breakfast" as advertised, just some cereal, snacks, bananas, coffee and tea. - Price: very expensive, $190 per night. - Would I recommend it? NO. ** Suggestions: new furniture, renovation, lower prices to compete with big hotel chains, better breakfast.
