We are Colorado natives, came here for husbands Birthday. We've been to many Estes restaurants...I had the pesto pasta, hubby had the rib eye. We also ordered the apple walnut salad with blues cheese dressing. We loved all of it. Excellent waiter too. We would definitely come back.

Perfect dinner!! Hunters Chop House has a wonderful vibe, decor and service for an Estes Park experience. We loved the brat sampler, truffle fries, and fried pickles to start. Every dinner was well prepared and delicious. Pork chop, elk burger, and chicken pesto were the top selections. Thanks to Stephanie for making our visit very enjoyable for a large party of 8!

Incredible atmosphere, really enjoyed our meals here! We came in November, the 15 min wait went quick, which was surprising because other places in town had well over an hour wait. The staff was incredible & our food came out hot & tasted incredible! Will visit again when in town.

They allowed our service dog inside but only after we had to speak with a manager about equal access under the ADA. At first we were informed by the hostess that we would have to sit outside. This was in early May and it was cool and windy outside.
