Breathtaking! Totally worth the short hike. The melt was still happening, but winding down. Still plenty of flow for a beautiful site!

Busy section up until the falls, with the usual crowd feeding the chipmunks. Nice falls, the bigger payoffs are beyond with the loch and sky pond. About twenty minutes up at decent pace.

All time favorite easy hike! Got in before 5 am without timed entry. Plenty of parking, great trail conditions. Water falls are amazing here. Must go if you are in Estes Park/RMNP.

Fairly short moderate hike to the falls though it was a bit crowded making it hard for photos since we started around 9am. The trail up takes you by a creek and over bridges. The trail continues on to Mills Lake, Jewel Lake, and Black Lake, The Loch, and more. By the time we came down around 130pm the crowd had dissipated and we got better pictures.

Frozen solid last weekend (May 2nd). My guess is that it hasn't changed. Hike was still beautiful and we did it without snow shoes or spikes
