Beautiful area! This is a great place to go and hike, see wildlife, and enjoy beautiful views. Bear lake fills up very fast so if you want to see it GET THERE EARLY! Also 5 and 6 pm is a great time to drive out and see all. Please like this review if it was helpful.

Large open meadow surrounded by glacier moraines. Has large campground and horseback riding stable. Good fishing in the Big Thompson River. Miles of hiking trails start from here. Home to Moraine Park Discovery Center.

One of the most beautiful places in the park accessible by car. It is one of the first amazing places you will see soon after you enter the Rocky Mountain National Park. There are some picnic benches where you can sit. They also have elk roaming the park in the summer.
