We love Betteridges for jewelry and we have worked with Randy Lapointe for many years. Randy exhibits the very best of customer service - he is knowledgeable, he treats every customer with utmost respect and courtesy, and most importantly for a jeweler, he is creative and solves problems for his clients. Randy has exquisite taste and shares his views and guidance but tailors it to his client's taste. Whenever my mother visits from Florida she likes to go to visit and shop. We live in Westchester, but we only go to Betteridges for any jewelry purchase or repair. This is a store that really still cares about the customer experience and quality!

Went in there while window shopping on the Ave and met Erik. The man is so cool and down to earth. Chatted about some cool Panerais and Tudors and even scored with the two tone gmt (aka diet root beer, lol). Got invited to their bar while he finalized everything. Who could ask for more? Will definitely be back often!!

I'm hardly one to leave reviews but his customer service and the experience at Betteridge, now Watches of Switzerland, has left me so impressed that I felt compelled to do so. Erik is the kind of guy who makes shopping for timepieces and jewelry an experience, not just a fun thing to do on a weekend afternoon. His knowledge base is extensive and as a fellow watch collector and fanatic, I can really appreciate being able to discuss history with someone who knows it. Not to mention, he is the nicest person! Over time, he has helped me purchase jewelry, various Rolexes and most recently a Patek, all of which have created priceless memories for special occasions and helped me to curate a collection I strive for.
