I used to be an avid Frost Donut lover, until I found this place. Don't get me wrong, Frost is still tasty, however, Donut Factory is leagues above in flavor selection. The dough is also super tender and fluffy. Almost melts in your mouth. Every time I have come, there are people in line because it is that damn good. Staff has always been so courteous and efficient. They've always had plenty of donuts in stock when I've visited. Also, highly recommend the Homer Donut! It is better than you can dream of! The Maple Bar is also a personal favorite of mine. Haven't been let down by a donut here yet!

I ordered online for pick up which was 45-50 minutes of a wait which I understand since they are busy. I don’t have a problem waiting, but when I get there to pick up my donuts my order isn’t at the order pick up window, when they ask my name they start packing my order THEN AND THERE. Lol by this time they are out of 4 of the 7 donuts I ordered and have already paid for. Why let me pay for something you’re out of? If you can’t handle how much business you’re getting you shouldn’t allow people to order online. Waste of my time, rude staff, the end. Not coming back and wouldn’t recommend it to others. Oh and staff doesn’t know how to process a refund so who knows when I’ll get my money back. Hopefully soon because I will be on them about my refund. Headed to A1 Donut instead now.

Went in this morning and was overwhelmed by the amazing selection of donuts! Probably the most unique flavors I've ever seen. The staff was really chill as well. Definitely will be coming back

my bf surprised me with a box of donuts here after work!! they’re so delicious and absolutely beautiful. bf says the customer service is amazing and the people were so nice and helpful when picking them out! definitely will be our go-to sweet spot💛

We do have a Vegan Cake option. They are normally Glazed or Maple Covered. However if you’d like them prepared in any other way, we can definitely take preorders a day in advanced and can have them ready the following day. The minimum order would be at least half dozen. Masks are required. Only 5 customers in the store at a time standing 6 feet apart. Barriers are up for donuts and choosing. All employees are masked. No dine-in available. To go only. We love their donuts!

They do have gift cards available in their store. I've no idea if they have them online but I expect you could purchase one by calling the store. They are very accommodating.
