I called at 9am Thursday morning with a tankless water heater issue. Greg answered promptly and told me they could have someone out between 2-4 the same day which was fabulous. Greg called me again about 1 1/2 later and said we could have someone there shortly after lunch, more fabulous. Ben called at 11:45 and said he would be there at 12:30. He showed up 5 minutes early, more & more fabulous. In about 15 minutes Ben had diagnosed and fixed the problem. Excellent service, communication and response time. Will definitely be using Steve’s Plumbing in the future.

Extremely happy with the service from Steve’s plumbing! Gabriel was very professional, helpful and punctual. The fix was quick and the whole process was painless for our family. Great communication; they will call whenever they are running early, on time or late and always pick up their phone when you have questions. Abbas and Judge came to inspect a suspected leak from our toilet. They were very professional, thorough and explained their actions very clearly. I rarely experience this type of attention to detail. Will definitely use Steve's Plumbing Services in the future and will recommend to others.

Chris from Steve's Plumbing came over when our kitchen faucet stopped producing hot water. He was great! He replaced the shutoff valves for both the hot and cold water feeds. He was pleasant and professional to have in our house. As a side note, I had signed up for the diamond service in an earlier visit and was super glad I did. We jumped to the head of the line and there wasn't a service call fee. We ended up "saving" the yearly fee with just this one visit. I know how people say don't sign up for that type of service but it worked out great!
