They are so much faster than the Beaverton DMV. I was #66 when I walked in and they were on #36 - I thought it was going to take quite some time but they were incredibly efficient & it went so fast. I appreciate how hard they work here.

I had an amazing customer services experience. The lady that helped was extremely nice and helpful. I forgot to bring a document with my address and she told me pull a bill on my phone or bank statement. I was like wow I never would have thought about pulling my bill on my phone. It truly saved me a trip back home. Im forever grateful.

I actually look forward to having to go to the DMV. That’s how good this branch is! I feel like I’ve thrown a lot at this DMV over the years between registering a weird foreign car and needing changes to licenses and documentation and they’ve been total pros every time. Workers of the Hillsboro DMV, your good work is valued and appreciated!

As efficient as could be with a polite smile. Do what you can online first; I submitted a pre application that streamlined my in-person experience down to the essentials and guided me towards all information and documents I needed to bring. There was a helpful greeter at the door (offering a quick check that you have what you need and don't waste everyone's time waiting to find out), a line to wait in, then I think over 9 stations all with a person doing their job (unlike a bank!). I guess 90% of what they deal with is very common business, so they are prepared to smash it out if you are. Everyone was nice for pleasant experience.

As long as your husband has signed the form and he has a valid driver's license or valid identification card you can take it and process it for him. Make sure his driver's license or identification card number is on the form, it makes it easier for the clerk to process it.
Both, the test and the form. You have to take the test to renew your license as well.
In Hillsboro? The answer is no.
$6 and a transfer form. The tags go with the plates so who needs DEQ? Haha
10am
Only if it's from out of state. Theirs a carbon copy I believe blue or gold trim that's for title transfer. Just bring registration, proof of insurance and driver's license and tell receptionist to point you out to the form. You should have time to fill it out before you get called up depends on what time & day you show up
No. But there were other people at the office for whom the officers at the counter were serving in Spanish. Please reach out.
No but have paperwork done before entering. Forms@ DMV or print online
Both times (with regular license and today with Real ID) I got temp paper one.. and told will get real in couple weeks
Old license. Review rules of the road. Glasses if you wear them.
No. There is no need to get a smog inspection in another state, as it will not be valid in Oregon. In order to complete your registration, simply fill out and sign DMV's Statement of Facts form stating the reason why the vehicle cannot be tested. DMV will mail the registration and license plate sticker to wherever the car is currently located. Hope this helps.
I would go down there and speak to someone face to face . That way all of your questions and concerns can be addressed directly. Good luck!
Hopefully DMV can help you with the problem.
U gotta go in and talk to someone about the specifics of ur vehicle
Visited 2 times in last month without an appointment already
They are a great people to work with
They don't send stickers out anymore. It's all updated in the internal system. You can only get the card updated by purchasing and going through a replacement card process (approximately $26 for a license). The law about this was passed early last year. 🙁
You can request an appointment to renew your driver's license however you can not renew them online not as of yet

Yes you can renew driver license by appointment only right now.
You must take your registration renewal to DEQ and pass the test. You can get your tags right there.

A temporary trip permit is $32, and lasts for 21 days. You can only have two trip permits for any given vehicle, in any calendar year. Keep that in mind. I hope that information helps you. Cheers!
You can't do that anywhere. You have to have a permit first.
