One of the worst experiences I have ever had with any company with any order. Its a disaster. This is about Blinds. Order placed. misprocessed. wrong blinds now returned and reorder placed. System glitch - took 6 weeks for them to realize order was misplaced. reordered. This happened over nearly 10 weeks and nearly 30 phone calls and 5 store visits. They never even returned a call. They are not just bad, they are one of the most inefficient and unaccountable professionals I know. By the way I still haven't received them :) Its an unmitigated disaster.

My experience today was only okay at this particular home Depot. I went in to grab some aluminum screen to repair some screens on my windows and patio door and I have picked up some of the other day from a different home Depot. I knew it was in the back of the store so obviously I chose the wrong direction and I asked an associate where they were and he told me. But I'm in the back of the store and I realize that there's no aisle numbers if you're walking along the back of the store so they should really put up aisle numbers in the back so people can tell where they're at also. Once I found what I was looking for there were none in stock. So then it took me about another 10 minutes to find an associate to help me out and I walked to the front of the store and have them call someone for me. The guy that came to help me said they have 17 in stock but there was no location on them and that I could find them at the other Home Depot. So luckily there's a Lowe's right next door and I walked over to Lowe's and picked them up and was out of there and I should have done that in the first place. Just went to Lowe's. Lowe's has four veteran parking spots out front. Home Depot only has two. And Lowe's will give veterans discounts all the time while home Depot only does it around veterans Day.

As a contractor, I absolutely love the convenience of Home Depot. I can shop for everything I need to build a house from the foundation to finish work to the furnishings. I can even call in my order, and they will have it ready for me when I arrive. Prices are reasonable, and the team is knowledgeable. The garden center is another favorite of mine, especially the live plants from Iwasaki Brothers greenhouses.

I bought a refrigerator. I opened It up and had a dent on the side. They wouldn't help me or anything. So I bought a another new one. and put the bent one in the garage. Not happy at all. I would have thought they would take it back or something but offered no assistance. It was brand new in the box.

If you order online you can pay to have your items shipped to you. If you buy something in the store at a nearby HD, they may deliver at a charge, last time i checked delivery was a minimum $75. But you could rent there truck for about $20 for the first 90 minutes, if you can find someone to help you unload your purchase on your end. If your handicapped or disabled, some stores deliver for free, again depending on the purchase. Many employees are willing to volunteer their services to help those in need. At least at the hillsboro store.
It's any proof of your service, vet card, military id, dd214, etc and I say, these days, using a discount on any purchase is a blessing (but sure, larger % off is never discouraged)

Depends. Google says Home Depot can find purchases against a form of payment. But on their website it says receipt is required. Might be worthwhile to call before driving in.
This is not Home Depot! This is Google guides. You would need to contact your store directly. Or if you bought with a Home Depot credit card you can probably look up the receipt online or have the receipt emailed to you
I electric ones were $34 from home Depot. You have other ones that are anywhere from 50 to $120 for gas powered.
