Had my dogs nails done here a few days ago. I didn’t have an appointment but I felt lucky the lady took him anyways now I wish they had turned me away instead. I asked for a trim and file and she didn’t do the file because my dog looked ‘uncomfortable’. Sounds like an excuse. She did however trim them very very poorly. Half of my dogs nails are still long. This was sad considering this place has high reviews. Now I know to take my dog elsewhere. Thanks for taking my money and essentially doing nothing shampooch.

Always consistent service. Been taking my pooches 🐕🐶 there for years. Pleasant staff. Have to schedule in advance for appointments which is understandable considering the great service. My only 👎... Stop charging CC fee or start to accept no fee payment options. There are a ton out there. 💙💚 👍👍 Thumbs up overall!

They try to help you plan so you can have the same groomers - they get to know you and your dogs and that’s how they deliver every time. Excellent operation.

Have been using this dog grooming salon for 3 years. Very satisfied. Staff are friendly and professional. Hours are good and when I need to move an appointment they are able to accommodate me. Bethany, our groomer, has been consistent and awesome on accepting our feedback so I get the cut I want for my dog every time. Clean and organized.
